Jenny was very nice and helped with selection and price in the chat. The quality and build of the platinum 2.85 carat ring was really amazing. The center stone was selected of the best quality one can hope for and the presentation box, free pendant necklace and certificates made it a really great Xmas for my wife. She said I can order any day from PrimeStyle.

After receiving my wedding band and engagement ring from my husband Bryan D (also reviewed), I wanted a little bling for my right hand. I use the PrimeStyle few times and I'm very satisfied with the service. The product looks good. I returned one time the order because did not fit well my lady. The return was easy and smooth. I've had exchange one order too and that service went smooth too. I will buy from them again.

I want to say “ Thank you” to Primestyle for my beautiful wedding set. It is stunning! I could not be any happier or satisfied with it. The service was awesome. I actually ordered the set with Jenny through their chat sight because the wedding band had to be made to match the engagement ring. David also worked with me over the chat sight. Shopping was easy, customer service was amazing, and the shipping was fast. My fiancé required a larger ring size and we were accommodated so easy.
